Oooh I've had those cheesy poofs! They're delicious and addictive!

Luna

Mmmm, they look yum and easy to make though I will have trouble sourcing Mexican farmer's cheese in TP, sigh.
Finally got my own Ottolenghi cookbook. Want your Brazilian cookbook recommendation next x

Hello lovely L, they serve the cheese at the hotel breakfast buffet. Am trying to remember what Thomasina Miers uses as a substitute. Her Mexican Food made simple is a great book, too.

Luna

Ooh yes, had forgotten about Thomasina...will put her Mexican missive on my Book Depository wish list x

Marsha

I'm in for anything cheesy and puffy, esp. when I can serve them to ever member of my family without fear of hives, etc. Hey! We should have a Ruthless cheese-puff-a-thon. Many continents, one snack.

Sounds like your meetings are progressing about as well as these things do. Travel safely.
