Looks to me like the qualities that make you such a great mom are the reasons you are a natural at "playing" boss.
BRAVO. Giving your daughter and employees measured space and the chance to make decisions as well as mistakes will teach them all leasons that are invaluable.

Thirteen...! Did you see the film by the same name? It is a very American story yet timeless and true.

Man. I wish I knew what to do with old 13.5 YO Cody sometimes. It really is an amazingly tough job.

I am having the same problem except my 12 year is refusing to return home and her Dad is assisting her and now I have to go to court to get her back. (so it could be worse) She was perfectly sweet and adorable before she left.
