We had Australian lamb for Christmas dinner (prepared with great research by moi!)
I used a lot of fresh rosemary from the garden and extra scraped ginger in the baked yams. It was even better than I expected and a real first for me. We are normally at the homes of parents, friends or relatives somewhere else on Christmas day. After spending last Christmas alone in Paris I needed to eat well and be with people I loved in my own home.
Australian lamb gets my vote.
